Easy and Delicious Guacamole Recipe

Yesterday I ventured into the wonderful world of videography and decided to try my go at #vlogging. Being at home has created a unique opportunity for me. It's given me time, lots of it. Time to spend cooking and baking for my family, working out and staying fit and healthy, and time to dig deep in God's word and applying it to all aspects of my life. I'm excited to share with you my super easy and quick semi homemade #guacamole recipe. I love #mexicanfood and guacamole is on the top of my list. Kid approved, easy and delicious guacamole recipe


Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avoados, halved, pitted

  • 3-4 tablespoon of your favorite fresh pico de gallo

  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

  • 2 teaspoon lightly dried cilantro

  • juice from 1/2 lime

  • 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • white pepper, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder (to taste)

Directions

  1. Scoop out the avocados into a medium bowl, and mash the avocados with a fork until desired consistency is reached

  2. Add pico de gallo and minced garlic to a food processor and chop on high for about 15 secs or until blended

  3. Pour pico de gallo/garlic mixture into your bowl with avocados

  4. Add in salt, white pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and cumin to taste

  5. Squeeze in lime juice and add the cilantro

  6. Mix together until combined

  7. Enjoy!
